摘要
针对卷筒包装材料的跑偏问题,提出了基于数字图像处理的自动纠偏方法,介绍了系统的组成和纠偏原理,分析了包装材料图像的在线采集和图像的预处理。通过采用边缘直线方法对倾斜图像进行处理,获取跑偏信息,从而实现在线监测和纠偏。
An automatic rectification method was put forward based on digital image processing and according to deviation during feeding rewinding packaging material. The working principle and composition of the system were introduced, and method of online collecting and preprocessing of image were analyzed. Image processing was completed by border line method to get the deviation. Therefore, detecting deviation and rectification online were completed by the method.
