摘要
针对我国铜锌粉末光泽度差的实际,采用正交实验的方法,选用聚乙二醇、吐温-80、聚乙烯醇、OP-乳化剂、聚丙烯酸钠等五种表面改性剂对铜金粉表面进行包覆,研究出了影响铜金粉表面改性的主要因素。对已包覆的铜金粉选用不同类型的树脂、不同的溶剂和不同的树脂用量,以光泽度为考核目标,进行了6因素5水平的正交实验,分析出了影响金油墨的主要因素,得到最佳的金油墨配方。
The main factors influencing the gloss of bronze powder was studied to solve the problem of low gloss. Orthogonal experiment was applied to choose five surfactants such as Polyethylene Glycol, TuWen - 80, Polyvinyl Alcohol, OP - emulsification and Sodium polyacrylate to coat the surface of the bronze powder. The coated bronze powder was studied with six factors and five levels orthogonal experiment to find the main factors influencing the gloss of golden ink. The optimal formula was provided.
