摘要
以耐油橡胶为基体、纤维编织布为骨架材料、导电微粒为填料复合而成的耐油导电橡胶薄膜,各项指标均满足航空橡胶薄膜标准规定的要求,分析了橡胶薄膜的耐油和导电原理,讨论和研究了橡胶薄膜的耐油导电配方设计及性能搭配。
The oil-resistant and electriclty-conducting rubber membrane was developed using oil-resistant rubber as substrate, fiber woven fabric as framework, and electricity-conducting particulate as stuffing. The specification can meet the requirement of aerial rubber membrane standard. The oil - resistant mechanism and the electricity-conducting principle of the rubber membrane were analyzed. The formula for oil - resistant and electricity-conducting rubber membrane was discussed.
