Measurement quality engineering technology is the concrete application within the measurement field of a new enginearing technology established by the famous Japanese quality engineering Dr. 田 口玄 一. （It is named 田 口玄 一 method also）. It is very useful for enhancing the metrological management level and promoting the economic benifit of the enterprises. This paper emphatically presents some outstanding expressions of applying this new technology to the metrological management.
