摘要
采用自编的中学生时间管理自我监控量表,对重庆市832名中学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)自编的中学生时间管理自我监控量表具有良好的信度和效度;(2)时间管理自我监控的年级发展趋势基本呈“W”型。整体监控及各维度都存在显著的年级差异,具体监控及时间规划、灵活性、自制力和检查评估维度均表现出极显著的年级差异;(3)女生在目标设置维度上显著高于男生。性别和年级在目标设置和开放性维度上的交互作用显著;(4)时间管理自我监控各维度在年级和性别中呈现不均衡的分布态势。
832 middle school students were investigated through questionnaires by means of a self-made self-control scale of time management. The results showed that: (1) The self-made self-control scale of time management for middle school students h^d good reliability and validity. (2) The grade tendency of self-control of time management developed like a "W" figure. It showed a very significant grade difference in global self-control and its dimensions, as well as concrete selfcontrol and time-planning, flexibility, self-restrain, checkingevaluating. (3)The female students' average scores were higher sigfiificantly than male students' average scores in goal-setting. And there existed a significant interaction between gender and grade in goal-setting and openness. (4) It showed imbalance of development in the dimensions of self-control of time management in grade and gender.
