人文精神是人们主体价值和追求的情感体现,人文精神所蕴含的道德、情感、意识、责任、人格、人性等等,支配人们的一言一行。重庆人文精神主要表现为追求真理,伸张正义,勇担匹夫之责;部分地表现为不拘小节,率性而为。重庆人文精神的建设,必须以借鉴、传承、创建为途径,以倡导、教育、实践为方式。
