大学自治是大学自身发展必须遵循的内在逻辑,但是历史的经验和现实的情况表明,真正实现健康意义上的大学自治,有效地完成大学追求真理、造福社会的使命,必须处理好依法行政和民主管理两大问题,并以此构建新时期的大学自治新模式。
