摘要
在分析国内外企业体育研究成果的基础上,完善了企业体育的内涵和特征,论述了企业体育的功能,健全了企业体育的组织结构,最后提出了企业体育的实施途径,从而对企业体育的有关问题进行了较为全面的研究,以期为企业体育的理论与实践工作提供依据。
On analyzing the research achievements of corporation sport home and abroad, this study perfected the relevant theory of corporation sport such as its concept, characteristics, function and the steps to build the organization structure and ways of carry out the corporation sport. This comprehensive study aimed to offer reference for the theoretic and practical work of the corporation sport.
