对中学青年教师体育锻炼现状的调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on the Quo State of Exercise among Young Teachers in Middle Schools

采用问卷调查、数据统计等方法,对石家庄市中学青年教师的体育态度、健康状况、锻炼目的、体育消费状况、锻炼时间和频次、项目及影响因素等进行了调查和分析,指出了其中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

A Survey and analysis was conducted to the young teachers in middle schools in Shijiazhuang with the methods of questionnaire and statistics.Their attitudes, health state, exercise aims, consumption, time and frequency, events and affecting factors in regard to doing exercise were explored and the existent problems were pointed out with the corresponding countermeasures offered.
