This article makes an analysis of the current advantageous situation of Chinese higher vocational education in arts and design programs, explains in detail the concept of higher vocational education, in which Beijing College of Politics and Law designs the digital media arts ＆ design program, and comes up with some solutions to deal with problems that come along with the development of the program.
