摘要
专业建设具有基础性、系统性、全面性、持久性、复杂性的特点,专业设置问题涉及专业定位与特色、师资队伍结构与建设、科研与教研教改、课程建设与改革、实习实训与职业能力培养、人才培养质量与社会声誉等教育教学的方方面面。本文拟从专业设置的职业性原则角度,对专业设置的“专”与“业”、专业设置的“入口”与“出口”、专业设置的监控及其课程设置问题谈点滴之见。
Postsecondary vocational program designing is a basic, long-lasting and complex task. The task needs systematic and comprehensive analysis, as it has much to do with all educational factors,including program orientation and features, teaching staff structure and development, educational research and reform, curricula arrangement and reform, field training and employment-oriented skills development,students'overall quality and socia~ reputation. From occupational perspectives of program designing, this article discusses such issues as program features, employment orientation to attract more students,monitoring and curriculum arrangement.
