摘要
人事测评量表的分析过程基于统计和归纳。而归纳这个过程需要具有专业经验的专家进行。构建基于智能支持的管理决策系统可以协助普通员工进行量表分析。人工神经网络ANN具有类似于人类的模式分辨能力,同时又可能对大量的量表题目直接进行处理和分类。通过对传统量表进行主成因分析和归一化的数据预处理,可以构建符合神经网络输入特点的模型,从而实现量表测试结果分析的决策支持。
Depending on the experience, the analysis for HR evaluating questionnaire is traditionally based on specialist's judgment. It's useful for staff to do this job at the assistant of IDSS. ANN has the capability to operate a lot of data at the same time. By using the way of Principal Component Analysis (PCA.), we construct the model that can fit the ANN's requirement and so a IDSS for supporting the questionnaire analysis can be established.
