摘要
以玉米淀粉和乙二醇为原料,在酸催化下合成淀粉基乙二醇糖苷。研究了反应温度、乙二醇用量、催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。确定了较佳的合成条件:反应温度为115℃,反应压力为6kPa~7kPa,催化剂用量为淀粉质量的2%,n(乙二醇)∶n(经折合的淀粉中葡萄糖单元)=6∶1,中和试剂为NaHCO3,糖苷得率118.5%。
In the presence of acid catalyst, glycol polyglucoside was synthesized with starch and glycol as material. The effects of reaction temperature, amounts of glycol, amounts of catalyst and so on, were investigated. The optimized process conditions are as follows :the reaction temperature is 115℃ ,reaction pressure is 6kPa-7kPa, the amount of catalyst is 2% by weight of the starch used, n (glycol) : (glucose unit of starch)=6:1 and neutralization agent is NaHCO3.
