摘要 介绍了用高效液相色谱仪测定食品中苏丹红的方法。样品中的苏丹红一号用乙腈提取后,采用C18柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,在紫外检测器的波长为478nm的条件下进行分离和测定。检测限达到0.01μg/mL以下,r=0.9999;另外还对用梯度洗脱和变波长同时检测苏丹红Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ的方法进行了研究。 A method for the determination of Sudan in food by HPLC was introduced. After extracted with acetonitrile, Sudan I in the sample was separated on C18 column, using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase, and detected at 478nm. The detection limit was below 0.01μg/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The simultaneous determination of Sudan Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ using gradient elution conditions and different detection wavelengths was also investigated. Then a simple and reliable method was developed.
