摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水(含0.3%冰醋酸)为流动相,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器对除草剂苯噻草胺进行测定。方法的标准偏差0.29,变异系数0.79%(n=6),线性关系决定系数R2=0.9998,添加回收率100.9%～107.1%,检测限0.1mg·L-1,结果令人满意。
A high performance liquid chromatography method of mefenacet was established on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column （ 250×4.6mm, 5μm） and variable wavelength detector, with the mobile phase of methanol and water （involved 0.3% acetic acid）. The standard deviation was 0.29 and the variation coefficient was 0.79%（n=6）. The R2 of the linear correlation was 0.9998 and the recoveries were ranged from 100.9% to 107.1%. The results were satisfying.
