摘要
闲散青少年是违法犯罪的高发群体,是违法犯罪预防工作的重点对象。然而从本质上讲,闲散青少年是社会的弱势群体,需要有关部门的重点保护。我们必须认真对待闲散青少年的权利。
Free teenagers are a social group that easily committs crimes, and are the emphatic group in crime prevention work, However, viewed from the nature, free teenagers are a vulnerable group and need to be protected by departments concerned. Therefore we must treat their rights seriously.
