Research on the Intervention Countermeasures of University Students'Psychological Crisis

随着社会竞争的日益加剧,大学生承受的各方面压力不断加大,出现的心理健康问题也越来越多。科学分析大学生的心理状况,及时采取有效的干预措施,有利于全面提高大学生的心理素质,进一步减少心理危机事件的发生。

With the social competition becoming more and more intense, the pressure in various aspects withstood by university students is getting increasingly great, and more and more psychological problems are appearing. Therefore we should analyze university students＇psychological problems scientifically and take effective intervention countermeasures correspondingly, which is helpful to improve their psychological quality comprehensively, and to further prevent crisis events from happening.
