合作主义可以被视为一种对国家和社会间常规性互动体系的概括。现实政治生活中的诸多困境是我国未来走向政治合作道路的决定性影响因素,但政治合作的土壤培植尚需要政府做出努力:促进民间组织的健康发展,扩大公有有序的政治参与,挖掘新的政治合作文化,构建合作型的政府治理模式。

Cooperation can be regarded as a summary of the regular reaction system between country and society. The difficulties in practieal politieal activities are the determining elements for our eountry to run in the way of politieal eoopemtion. However, the eonditions of the eoopemtion need the government＇ s hardwork： improving folk organizations to develop healthily, enlarging public and ordered politieal participation, developing new political eooperation eulture, and eonstrueting cooperative government mode.
