摘要
在分析现有锅炉炉膛火焰检测系统的基础上,提出了利用内窥式全炉膛火焰检测和数字图象处理技术提取并存储火焰图象及其参数的方案。该系统已在200MW机组锅炉上进行了工业性试验,取得了满意效果。本文对系统软、硬件体系作了详细说明。
Based on the analysis of existing detecting systems for furnace flame, an applicable strategy is stated. In this stategy, the full furnace flame is detected by using interior specular method and the flame image and its parameters are retrieved and stored by digital image processing technology. Theindustrial tests of this system have been made on the boiler of 200MW unit and satisfactory results havebeen obtained. The architectures of software and hardware are described in detail.
