技术变迁中的赶超机制研究综述

Summary of the Research on Overtaking Mechanism in Technological Change

很长时间内,技术变迁过程中国家(或地区)间技术地位的交替在很大程度上被理解为是一种偶发事件的结果,然而随着技术赶超现象呈现出系统性特征,20世纪90年代以来技术赶超的发生机制已成为经济学家的一大研究主题。本文在列举技术赶超存在证据的基础上,将分别从国际贸易与新经济地理学两个方向对技术变迁背景下技术赶超机制的有关研究进行综述,并探讨了不同技术赶超机制的内在政策含义。

During a long period of time, the ahemation of leaders of the countries and regions in the process of technological change has been regarded as the result of accidental event. However, as the technological overtaking takes on systematic features, the formation mechanism of technological overtaking since 1990s has become the major research topic for economists. While listing the evidences for the existence of technological overtaking, this article summaries the research on technological overtaking in the context of technological change from the perspective of international trade and neo-economic geography and explores the connotation of internal policies under various technological overtaking mechanism.
