摘要
介绍了1种防治煤层自燃的新技术。采用正交实验设计方案,种子聚合法制备了聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAC)乳液,再根据煤层自燃的特点及其对防灭火技术的特殊要求进行改性。并对正交实验进行极差分析,研究了合成条件对涂膜性能的影响,如成膜时间、耐水性、粘度等。实验结果表明,通过正交实验选定的最优方案制备出的聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液成膜性能较好,成膜时间短,耐水性好,粘度适中,适于在煤矿喷洒施工。
The thesis introduces a new technique of preventing and curing the spontaneous combustion of coal. The poly ( vinyl acetate) emulsion prepared by quadrature experimental design, and then modified according to the characteristics of the spontaneous combustion of coal and the special requirement of the technique of preventing the fire. And through carrying out R - branch for the quadrature experimental, the thesis study the condition of the synthetic affecting on the behaviour of the film, such as the time of becoming film, the waterproof and the viscosity. The experimental result manifests that the poly ( vinyl acetate) emulsion prepared by the best scheme of the quadrature experimental design have good behaviours, the time of becoming film is very shot, the waterproof is very good and the viscosity is well situated, is suitable for aspersion in the coal mine.
