Brief Analysis on College and University's Scientific Research Management under New Situation

全国科学技术大会的召开对高校科研管理也提出了新的要求,高校须在教学科研相互促进的前提下进行科研管理改革。对目前高校科研管理中存在的普遍问题进行了一些探讨,并提出了相应的解决对策。

With the holding of National science and technology conference, the new correspond demands are brought up by the innovation of university research administration. Under the premise of consistent of teaching and research, research innovation must be proceeded in university. In this article the subjects about general problems of university research administration and countermeasures are discussed.
