摘要
基于自主创新的人力资源开发关注的焦点集中在人的创新能力的识别与培育、创新行为的诱导和激励上。通过对基于自主创新的人力资源开发研究的梳理,明确了现有的研究成果,同时也指出了当前研究在总量、深度、方法、系统性、操作性方面的局限性,为理论研究的深入指明了方向。
Human Resource Development based on self-innovation focuses on the identification and nurture of people's innovation ability, the direction and motivation of innovation behavior. This paper narrates the Present studies of Human Resource Development based on self-innovation, and points out the limitations in quantity, depth, methods, systems and operations of the present studies, meanwhile suggests the direction for further study.
