摘要
目的检验γ-能谱测量系统的准确性和重复性。方法在中日双边多实验室之间,以测量中国建材样品中放射性核素含量的国际比对形式完成。结果我们实验室对两个样品的测量值相对于总体平均值的最大偏差为4.21%,而且,出现正负偏差的几率均等,说明我们实验室的测量方法的准确度和重复性非常好,没有明显的系统误差。结论比对结果证明,我们实验室γ-能谱测量系统的质量保证体系和质量控制技术是完善和有效的。
Objective To inspect the veracity and reiteration of γ- spectrometry in radioactive measurements. Methods To be performed by multilateral intercomparison On measurements of radionuclides in two kinds of Chinese ceramic brick samples with γ- spectrometry between laboratories of Japan and of China. Results The maximum difference of which the values measured by our laboratory related to the total average is 4.21% , and with an equipotent probability of positive and negative difference occurred. These showed that the veracity and reitdration of our measurement system are fine without obviously system errors. Conclusion It has proved that the quality guarantee system and quality control technology of our γ- spectrum system is perfected and effective up to now.
