MRI对颈髓损伤神经功能预后评估 被引量：1

摘要 目的 研究在颈脊髓损伤中,MRI示脊髓出血及血肿大小是否可预测预后.方法 29名确诊为闭合颈髓损伤伴有神经损害的患者伤后5～12d（平均8d）行MRI检查.结果 MRI检查都有非正常表现.随访过程发现,伴有出血的患者极有可能有完全性颈髓损伤.完全颈髓损伤、ASIA分级为A、出血平均长度10.5mm和水肿平均长度66.5mm的患者,随访发现无改变.不完全颈髓损伤患者表现为出血平均长度4mm和小血肿.而出血小于4mm则预后良好.结论 MRI能够获知颈髓损伤位置、范围、外伤严重程度.MRI能迅速对确立愈后评估做出临床检查.
