近二十年来发达国家非营利部门迅速崛起,与政府部门和营利部门一起构成现代社会的三大部门。美、英、法、德、意、日等国家的非营利部门是其服务业的重要组成部分,主要包括10大类别,其中以教育科研为主,私人捐赠、政府拨款和有偿服务是主要的经费来源。这些国家非营利部门的崛起对我国经济建设的启示是应采取有力措施加快我国非营利部门的发展。

The nonprofit sectors, the government sectors and the profit sectors in developed countries constitute the 3 main sectors in modern society. The nonprofit departments in America, Britain, France, Germany, Italy and Japan are the main composition of their service industry which includes 10 parts with education and scientific research taking the main position. Private donation, government fund and pay service are the main income source. The enlightenment of the abrupt rise of nonprofit sectors in development countries is that we must take forceful measures to hasten the development of nonprofit sectors in China＇s economic construction.
