摘要
分析了因卫生资源匮乏限制军队医院建设与发展的负性效应,从推进持续发展层面,提出了优化卫生资源配置应把握的原则和建议。
The author studied the negative impacts which caused by the shortage of health resource and then it effect with the sustainable development of military hospitals. In order to promote sustainable development of the military hospital, this paper proposed principles and suggestions optimal allocation health resource in the military hospitals.
