枸杞种质资源果实数量性状评价指标探讨 被引量:25

摘要 对60份枸杞品种(种质)资源果实的平均单果质量、果实横径、果实纵径、果实纵径/横径、果肉厚度、果柄长等6项数量性状指标进行研究和统计分析。结果表明,6项指标均存在18%以上的变异系数,其次数分布图均为正态分布。根据分布状况,提出5级分级指标和参照品种,其中3级作为中间级,是概率分布最高的范围。每个性状的每个等级有1~2个参照品种,一般选择育种者公认或广泛栽培的品种。该项研究为枸杞种质资源描述系统数量化、规范化的建立奠定了基础。 Fruit quantitative characteristics of 60 wolfberry (Lycium L.) cultivars were investigated at Woliberry Genetic Collection in Yinchuan, Ningxia from 1986-2006 year. The characteristics included average fruit weight, length diameter of fruit, cheek diameter of fruit, length diameter-cheek ratio, flesh thickness and fruit stalk length. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of all quantitative characteristics were above 18% and all frequency distributions were in normal distribution. Grade index and reference cultivars were given by statistical data for wolfberry description. These grade indexes were recorded on 1 to 5 scales, and the third grade as a middle one occupied the most distribution. In general, one or two reference cultivars for each grade were given, which are planted or used by breeders widely in China. The research will establish bases for the quantization and standardization of description system in wolfberry germplasm.
