摘要
采用5因子5水平正交旋转回归组合设计方法,以不同浓度的硼砂、GA3、尿素、NAA、2,4-D配成36个处理,在梨枣幼果发育期对植株全量喷洒,探讨防止果实脱落、提高结果指数的最佳药剂和不同药剂的最佳配比与浓度。结果表明,不同药剂对提高山西梨枣结果指数效应的作用程度大小依次为:尿素>NAA>硼砂>2,4-D>GA3。混合药剂中双因子互作提高山西梨枣结果指数效应最大的是硼砂和GA3,其次为硼砂和NAA。在结果指数90%以上的预期目标下,混合药剂中不同成分的使用浓度模拟结果为硼砂0.1558%~0.1700%,GA315.58~16.09mg/L,尿素0.1210%~0.1313%,NAA15.07~16.57mg/L,2,4-D7.916~8.571mg/L。
Using rotational orthogonal and regression combination design with five factors and five levels, a regression model of Lizao jujube fruiting index target function and its sub-model on the effect of single factor and double interacting factors were established. 36 treatments with different concentrations of Na2B4O7, GA3, H2NCONH2, NAA and 2,4-D, spraying with full amount while the fruit was just set, were designed to explore the best kind, mixture ratio and concentration of chemicals affecting the improvement of Lizao jujube fruiting index. The results showed that, the effect order was H2NCONH2〉 NAA〉 Na2B4O7〉 2,4-D〉 GA3. The best one in double factors was Na2B407 interacting with GA3, then Na2B4O7 interacting with NAA. Under the expected fruiting index of 90%, the proper simulated concentration extents of different chemicals in mixtures were: Na2B4O7 0.155 8% to 0.170 0%, GA3 15.58 to 16.09 mg/L, H2NCONH2 0.121 0% to 0.131 3%, NAA 15.07 to 16.57 mg/L, 2,4-D 7.916 to 8.571 mg/L .
