摘要 〔目的〕寻找有效的方法,对梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验的不确定结果作出快速、准确的确认。〔方法〕当出现可疑或不确定结果时,通过对实验室技术因素、产生前带现象,个体与方法学差异及早期感染等相关因素的分析,寻找不确定结果产生的原因。〔结果〕在排除了实验室技术因素后,可采用暗视野显微镜检查、梅毒螺旋体IgM抗体检测、荧光梅毒螺旋体抗体吸收试验,对不确定结果进行确认。〔结论〕当梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验出现不确定结果时,应从多方面因素加以分析,首先排除技术性因素,再选用其它适合本实验室条件的实验方法检测,快速得到确认结果。 Objective To find out effective way for syphilis detection by TPPA, and confirm exactly and timely indetermination correlation factor. Method While the indetermination and questionable results appeared, these correlation factors (the laboratory technology factos, occurring over-antibody phenomenon, difference of individual and methodology and early infection) were analyzed. Result After eliminating the laboratory technology factor, the methods (dark-field microscope, the syphilitic spirochaeta (IgM) examination, FTA-ABS) were conducted in order to confirm indeterminate results. Conclusion While the indetermination results appeared by TAAP, it is necessary for the kinks of factors to analyze. Firstly excluding the laboratory technology factor, meanwhile, the other confirmation method suitable for the laboratory conditions will be conducted for accurate data.
