番茄纤维润肠通便作用的研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF TOMATO FIBRE ON LUBRICANT

[目的]观察番茄纤维的润肠通便作用。[方法]用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,实验随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、番茄纤维高剂量组(7.5g/kg)、番茄纤维中剂量组(3.75g/kg)及番茄纤维低剂量组(1.9g/kg),采用小鼠粪便计数实验,小肠推进实验,观察番茄纤维对便秘模型小鼠的首次排便时间、粪便粒数、重量和小肠内容物推进率的影响。采用家兔肠道吸水持水性实验,观察番茄纤维对家兔肠道水分的吸收作用。[结果]番茄纤维各剂量组均明显增强小鼠小肠运动,增加小鼠粪便粒数、重量和提高排便频率,对家兔肠腔有明显的吸水持水性(P﹤0.05),其效应随剂量的增加而增强。[结论]番茄纤维具有促排便作用。

[Objective] To study the effect of tomato fibre on lubricant laxation. [Methods] After the constipated mice were caused by the diphonxylate p.o, they were randomly divided into five groups, which were normal control group, model group, high dose of tomato fibre group （7.5 g/kg ）, middle dose of tomato fibre group （3.75 g/kg ） and low dose of tomato fibre group （1.9 g/kg） . Dejecion countings test, small intestinal propelling test in mice, and the intestines absorption water test in rabbit were applied to observe the first defecation time, dejection amounts, weights, small intestinal propelling ratio and the ability of the absorption of water by administering tomato fibre. [ Results ] The high dose, middle dose and the low dose of tomato fibre could all improve intestinal apparently peristalsis, increase dejection amounts, weights, and elevate defecation frequency. Tomato fibre could absorb intestinal water apparently, and the effect increased with the increase of dose of tomato fibre （P 〈 0.05） . [Conclusion ] Tomato fibre has the effect of moistening the intestines and freeing the stool .
