玉竹牌养骨茶增加骨密度的动物实验研究

摘要 [目的]检测玉竹牌养骨茶是否具有增加动物骨密度的作用。[方法]将60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组,模型对照组,高剂量碳酸钙组和玉竹牌养骨茶417mg/kg·bw、833mg/kg·bw、1667mg/kg·bw3个剂量组,每组各10只。假手术组动物行假手术,其余5组动物行卵巢切除术。术后各组动物经灌胃分别给予相应剂量的溶剂、碳酸钙组和玉竹牌养骨茶,于实验的第12周处死动物,取左右股骨,测定各组动物的骨密度和骨钙含量。[结果]模型对照组左股骨骨密度显著低于假手术组(P﹤0.01),玉竹牌养骨茶833mg/kg·bw组和1667mg/kg·bw组的左骨骨密度与模型对照组之间有显著差异(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。[结论]玉竹牌养骨茶具有增加动物骨密度作用。 [ Objective] To study the change of animal bone mineral density induced by yu zhu pal yang gu cha. [Methods] Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into six groups including sham operation group (Sham), model control group, three dose groups of 417, 833, 1667 mg/kg·bw and high-dose calcium carbonate control group. After ten rats of Sham were performed sham operation and the other fifty rats were performed ovariotomy, vehicle, calcium carbonate and yu zhu pai yang gu cha were administered to rats of all groups respectively. After all rats were executed twelve weeks later, bone mineral density (BMD) and bone calcium quantity of left and right femur were examined. [Results] The BMD of model control group was signifilcantly lower than the Sham (P 〈 0.01 ), and the BMD of 833 mg/kg·bw and 1667 mg/kg·bw dose group was significantly higher than the model control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01) . [Conclusion] Yu zhu pai yang gu cha was good for increasing animal bone mineral density.
