气管切开外套管固定带方法改良的临床效果观察

THE COMPARISON OF THE EFFECT OF THE TWO METHODS FOR FASTENING THE OUTER TUBE OF TRACHEOTOMY

[目的]探讨气管切开后外套管固定带采用改良方法的临床效果。[方法]采用床位单双号将我科行气管切开术后69例患者随机分为观察组﹙36例﹚和对照组﹙33例﹚,对照组按常规使用布带为气管外套管固定带,观察组将布带套上血浆管后再作为气管外套管的固定带。[结果]观察组皮肤损害的发生率较对照组明显降低,观察组皮肤损害程度较对照组轻,观察组损害时间也比对照组明显延缓,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。[结论]行气管切开术后使用套有血浆管的气管外套管固定带有效地防止了颈部皮肤的损害,避免了感染,操作简便,耗材低廉,值得推广和应用。

[ Objective ] To discuss the clinical effect of the improved method for fastening the outer tube of tracheotomy. [ Methods] Disparet Patients after tracheotomy were divided randomly into observation group （36 patients） and comparison group （33 patients） with the single and even bed numbers. In the comparison group the fabric band was used to fasten the outer tube of tracheotomy generally, while in the observed group plasma pipe enwrapping the fabric band was used to fasten the outer tube of tracheotomy. [ Results] The rate of skin damage in observed group was statistically lower than that of comparison group. The degree of skin damage in observed group was milder than that of comparison group. The time of the arisesing of skin damage in observed group was later than that in comparison group （P〈 0.001 ） . [Conclusion] The new method of fastening the outer tube of tracheotomy can prevent the skin damage, and avoid bacterial infection. The manipulation of this new method is simple, and the material is cheap. So it is worth popularizing and applying.
