社区健康教育专栏规范化管理评价

EVALUATION OF STANDARDIZED MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATIONAL COLUMNS

[目的]评价社区健康教育专栏“规范化管理”的效果和效益。[方法]对全市121个张贴有健康教育专栏的单位社区以及923名社区群众进行问卷调查,将规范化管理前后情况作对比分析。[结果]专栏质量和利用率提高;社区卫生工作者对健康教育专栏规范化管理的满意度为100%;受众对规范化健康教育专栏持基本满意态度以上的占98.70%;实施健康教育专栏规范化管理后制作成本大幅度下降。[结论]社区健康教育专栏的规范化管理提高了其质量、效果和效益,整合了健康教育力量,其运行模式具有可推广性。

[Objective] To evaluate the effects and benefits of standardized management of community health educational columns. [ Methods] 121 communlties where placarded health educational columns and 923 citizens in the communities were investigated with questionnaires to eontrast the status before and after standardized management. [ Results] The quality of the eommunity health edueational eolumns was improved and the utilization rate was inereased; Satisfaetory degree to standardized management of the eolumns of eommunity health staffs was 100% ; There were 98.70% audience who were generally satisfied with eolumns; the eosts of the eolumns remarkably deereased after standardized management was put into praetiee. [ Conclusion] The standardized management can improve the quality and benefits of community health edueational eolumns, integrate the health edueation resources. The operation mode of the standardized management is propagable.
