经前平颗粒对经前期综合征肝气逆证患者尿中神经递质变化的影响

Neurotransmitter Changes of Urine in the Patient of Premenstrual Syndrome with Invasion of the Hyperactive Liver-qi with Jingqianping Granule Treatment

目的:探明经前平颗粒治疗PMS肝气逆证患者的疗效,并揭示PMS肝气逆证部分微观机制。方法:荧光法测定治疗前后患者24h尿儿茶酚胺(CA)、肾上腺素(Ad)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量。结果:治疗前PMS肝气逆证患者CA总量明显增加,Ad降低,NA含量显著升高,治疗后CA、Ad、NA均得到改善,接近正常水平。结论:经前平颗粒治疗PMS肝气逆证患者疗效显著,CA、NA升高,Ad降低即可能是PMS肝气逆证微观机制之一。

Objective： To probe into curative effect in the patient of premenstrual syndrome（PMS） with invasion of the hyperactive Liver - qi with Jingqianping granule treatment and reveal partial microcosmic mechanisms of invasion of the hyperactive Liver- qi. Methods： Method of fluorescence was used to determine content of changes of catecholamine（CA）, adrenalin（ Ad）, noradrenalii,（NA） in 24h urine in the patients before and after treatment. Results： The gross CA increased significantly, Ad decreased,lncreased greatly in the patients before therapy,CA,Ad, NA were improved or approached natural level. Conclusion： Curative effect is significantly in the patients with Jingqianping granule treatment,CA and NA increased, Ad decreased is possibly one of the micro- mechanism or PMS with invasion of the hyperactive Liver- qi.
