摘要
高新技术产业集群模块化是一个发展趋势。高新技术产业模块化集群是由许多具有独立功能的模块组成．实行分散决策的系统；其组织内部“包裹”信息与“同化”信息并存，各类经济行为主体按知识进行分工协作。模块化集群具有很强的创新能力，这对提高高新技术产业集群的创新能力有重要的启示。
There is a trend of modularization in high-tech industrial clusters. Modularized cluster of high-tech industries is a system composed of many independent and self decision-making modules, which use the dispersed decision-making system. In this system, two kinds of information coexist, encapsulated information and assimilated information; each economic main body cooperates together and engages in different work according to its knowledge. Thus modularized clusters have great innovation capacities. Studying modularized clusters is thought-provoking for us to improve the innovation capacity of high-tech industrial clusters.
