摘要
自1996年全国实行监理制以来,建设监理取得了大范围的实施,收到了明显的成效。但是我国的监理业无论在理论上还是在实践上都存在着问题,要克服这些问题,政府必须从分析监理形势、监理责任、监理队伍素质、加强监理的监督管理等方面进一步完善我国的监理制度,保证工程建设的顺利实施。
Since 1996, a project supervision system practiced all over China and the construction supervision has been practiced in great way. The obvious results have been obtained. There are problems existing in the supervision work what ever in the theory or practices. Those problems shall be overcome. The government shall further improve the supervision system from the analysis on the supervision situation, supervision responsibility, supervision team quality, enhanced supervision management and others to ensure the successful practices of the project construction.
