摘要
当前,开关电源正步入高效率变换时代,高效率功率变换开始成为开关电源设计的目标之一。软开关是降低开关损耗的有效手段,而尽可能由电路中的寄生参数实现软开关则不仅可以简化电路,还可以尽量减少常规软开关附加电路的损耗。采用先进的功率器件和无源元件以及合理的电路拓扑可以进一步提高电源效率,同时合理的电路布局和工艺又可以减小寄生参数造成的损耗。
SMPS is stepping into the high efficiency converter times, high efficiency convert has become the essential parameter of SMPS. Soft switch is the effective method for declining the switch loss, to realized the Soft switch by using infest parameter can not only simply the circuit, but also make the loss of normal Soft switch auxiliary circuit as low as possible. Advanced power elements,passive elements and reasonable circuit topology are applied to acquire higher efficiency of power supply, lower loss of the infest parameter is acquired by using reasonable circuit topology and technology.
