利用再生晶圆制作太阳电池之研究

摘要 能源问题与人类生活关系密切。太阳电池产业将会是未来的重要能源科技之一。因此,本文主要研究以半导体晶圆为材料,通作制作工艺条件的研究与改进以提升太阳电池的发电效率,并讨论了利用半导体厂的报废晶圆制作太阳电池,这不仅可以节省材料成本,还可使工厂报废晶圆的价值发挥到极致。 Because the global energy question matter humanity is living on the convenience, however Taiwan also has the integrity the semiconductor industry is the foundation, and, the solar cell industry also could be one of future important energy science and teehnology, therefore, research this article mainly take the semiconductor crystal circle as the material, will promote electricity generation efficiency the solar cell end product by way of the system regulation condition research and the improvement, and may the affiliation by discard the crystal circle using the semiconductor factory to manufacture the solar cell to save the material cost, will cause it to discard value of the crystal circle to display the aeme.
