浅析混凝土小型空心砌块建筑常见质量通病的控制和预防

Control & Prevention of Common Quality Problems in Buildings of Small Concrete Hollow Blocks

针对目前应用较广的混凝土小型空心砌块建筑中常见的质量通病(墙体开裂,墙面渗漏)的发生原因进行了分析,并提出了防治开裂和渗漏的措施,实践证明,只要措施得当,墙体开裂、墙面渗漏是完全可以避免和防治的。

This paper analyses the reasons for the common quality problems such as walling cracks and wall leakage in constructions being built of small hollow blocks used in the present buildings, and provides some precautionary measures. Practice proved that such quality problems can be fully prevented if adequate measures are adopted.
