Quality education is a very important problem of higher vocational education in fostering the qualified talents who can meet the need of market economy, make technical innovation and get employment as they graduate. With the rapid and intensive development of the reform and open to the world, the quality education of English specialty is playing more and more important part in training the qualified versatile talents with external and practical type, and in leading, enhancing and rebuilding other specialties.
