With the continual development of society, the work of the police is facing new problems and challenges continuously. As the theoretical position of the police work, the Journal of Police Institutes undertakes the important tasks and responsibilities. This raises newer and higher requisitions for the quality of the editors. The quality of the editors should be improved continuously togo forward and innovate bravely and thus can meet the needs of the developing police work.
