摘要
HRB400是钢铁产业政策中重点推广的高强度热轧钢筋。通过3种试验方案,系统研究了Si3N4合金作为增氮剂用于生产V微合金化Ⅲ级钢筋的可行性。结果表明,采用0.5 kg/t Si3N4合金和0.6 kg/t FeV合金完全可以达到甚至超过采用0.5 kg/t VN时的合理V、N配比,且钢筋性能优良稳定,是生产HRB400Ⅲ级钢筋的一种新合金化工艺。
HRB400 is a kind of high strength hot rolled reinforced bar emphatically promoted by the national policy of steel industry. Three experimental schemes were executed to validate the feasibility of producing the V-bearing HRB400 bar with Si3N4 alloy as nitrogen alloy reagent, Results show that 0.5 kg/t VN can be replaced by 0.5 kg/t Si3 N4 and 0, 6 kg/t FeV for alloying to obtain rational V/N ratio and stable properties of reinforced bars. Thus a new alloying technology for nitrogen addition is to be emerged.
