切开挂线术一次性治疗高位肛周脓肿的疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on the Operation Therapy of Incision Drainage and Seton for High Perianal Abscess

目的探讨高位肛周脓肿一次性治愈的方法。方法回顾性总结了3年来治疗的72例高位肛周脓肿病例,其中49例切开挂线术,23例行单纯性切开引流术。结果单纯切开引流组治愈率17%(4/23),切开挂线组治愈率88%(43/49),两组结果有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论切开挂线手术是治疗高位肛周脓肿的有效手术方法,正确寻找与处理内口是手术成功的关键。

Objective In order to increase one-off cure rate of the high perianal abscess. Methods To review the 72 cases of high perianal abscess in three years. 49 cases were received seton and incision drainage therapy. While 23 cases were received incision drainage. Results The cure rate was 88% （43/49） in incision drainage and seton therapy, and 17% （4/23） in incision drainage. There was statistical significance in the two groups. Conclusion The incision drainage and seton therapy was an ideal operation method in treating high perianal abscess. Accurate locating and treating the internal openings was the key to successful operation.
