摘要
通过实验室脱硫实验,研究了不同铝灰代替精炼渣中的三氧化二铝构成的铝灰脱硫剂的脱硫效果。结果表明,铝灰脱硫效果令人满意,管线钢中w(S)可从0.005 0%降至0.002 0%左右。比较几种铝灰脱硫剂,按照脱硫率从大到小的顺序依次为:无氟电解铝灰渣系、实验室自配渣、预熔电解铝灰渣系、电解铝灰渣系、预熔熔铸铝灰渣系、熔铸铝灰渣系,脱硫率分别达63.3%、57.4%、55.7%、53.7%、52.8%和46.3%。无氟电解铝灰脱硫剂配方的脱硫效果最好,且用电解铝灰作脱硫剂原料可节省甚至无需氟化钙作助熔剂。
In order to achieve rapid and deep desulphurization, the desulphurization experimehts in laboratory were carried out using AI ash to substitute for Al2O3 in refining slag. Results show that AI ash, as a desulphurizing agent, has a good effect; the sulphur content in pipe-line steel decreases from 0. 0050% to 0. 0020%. Contrast to different kinds of Al ash desulphurization agents, the desulphurization ability in turn is a's followings: electrolytic AI ash without fluorine, self-prepared slag in lab, pre-melted electrolytic Al ash, electrolytic Al ash, molten Al ash being pre-melted and molten Al ash, the corresponding value is 63.3%, 57.4%, 55.7%, 53.7%, 52.8%and 46.3%. For above desulphurization agents, the electrolytic Al ash without fluorine has the best effect and CaF2 flux can be saved by adding it into refining slag.
