摘要
在深入分析轧辊偏心对板带材厚度影响的基础上,从偏心控制原理和偏心信号模型入手,研究了一种单机架可逆冷轧机轧辊偏心补偿方案。该方案的检测及运算过程简单,运算量小,采用等间距抽样采集数据,避免了传统偏心补偿的缺陷。其偏心补偿投入唐钢1 650 mm可逆式冷轧机厚度控制系统后,控制效果良好,产品厚度偏差提高到±5μm以内。
Based on eccentricity control principle and eccentricity signal model, an eccentricity compensation project for single stand and reversing cold strip mill was studied. The examination and calculation process of this project is simple. Sampling at same distance is adopted to collect data, which avoids the disadvantage of the traditional method. The project has been applied to the gauge control system of 1 650 mm reversible cold strip mill in Tanggang. The practical effect is obviously good. The gauge deviation can be controlled in ±5 /μm.
