摘要
利用计算机仿真技术建立中板加热炉的数学模型,依据实际加热条件模拟出炉内板坯各断面的温度分布,并用黑匣子在线测温的方式验证了模拟结果的正确性,为加热炉在线优化控制提供了依据。
Based on the operating condition,a mathematical model of thermal process in reheating furnace was established in Jigang by computer simulation technology. The temperature field of steel slab in reheating furnace was studied. Simulation results are validated by "black casket" on-line temperature measurement. All these provide theoretical basis for optimizing operation of the reheating furnace.
