摘要
本文针对当前矿区劳动力资源未能给予全面保护,同时存在矿区企业的生产管理不善、矿区城市地理位置偏远、生态环境破坏及信息闭塞等现状,致使矿区劳动力工资较低,就业形势不佳以及就业竞争力不强,引起的不利于矿区劳动力生存发展的局面;利用劳动力市场基本理论,劳动力供求平衡的关系,矿区城市的发展情况,结合社会环境,利用局部分析与整体分析相结合的手段对矿区劳动力市场进行了具体分析。结合矿区劳动力自身的内部因素和矿区城市外部因素,通过对矿区城市劳动力资源的利益的分析,提出了笔者的相关见解。
This text aim at the mineral area labor's benefits can not give overall protection, the enterprise of production control is not well, the geography position is secluded, the ecosystem environment break, the information out-of-the-way etc. present condition, the labor wages is lower, the employment looks very bad and the employment ability not strong and so on, cause series of disadvantage situation ; the paper uses the basic theories of labor market, the relation of the labor supply and demand balance, the development circumstance of the mineral city; Combine the social milieu, make use of the part analytical and whole analysis to analyze the mineral area labor market. Combine together the outside factor and the inside factor to analyze it too. then carry on the analysis to the benefits of the mineral city labor resources. Put forward related views of the writer also.
