摘要
唐山市通过安全生产论证和规范整合等技术措施,对辖区内的乡镇小煤矿进行综合治理,淘汰存在重大隐患的矿井,并通过加强培训管理工作,提高了整合后乡镇小煤矿的安全管理水平和抗灾能力。
By technical measure of the demonstrating of the safety production and normative incorporating, the local mine are neatened synthetically in Tangshan, eliminating the local mine that being fatal hidden trouble, and enhance the management level of the cultivation, which improve the safety management level and the capability of the preventing disaster of them which being incorporated.
