基于系统动力学的安全管理思考

STUDY OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT BASED ON SYSTEM DYNAMICS

阐述了安全系统是复杂系统,从复杂科学的视角分析了安全系统的复杂性,用复杂科学的方法论来解决安全复杂系统问题是行之有效的。文章在剖析安全系统问题的研究现状的基础上,提出了基于系统动力学(System Dynamics,SD)的安全管理思考,充分发挥SD在分析解决复杂系统问题方面的优势,构筑了安全管理的SD架构,将有助于提高安全管理的有效性。最后对系统动力学在安全问题研究方面的应用前景作了一些展望。

This paper analyzed the complexity of safety system from the complex science angle, expounded that safety system was complicated system, then pointed out that one of the effective ways to resolve safety problem was methodology of complex science. After analyzed the latest research of safety system problems, the writer putted forward the study of safety management based on the system dynamics （SD）, plenary took advantage of SD＇ predominance about analyzing and resolving complex system problem, made the framework of SD about safety management, and the validity of the safety management will be improved. At last, the prospect of system dynamics in safety problems research was also presented.
